As a Sales Representative, you will provide consistent, valuable, and energetic commercial representation to all clients within your territory. You will plan, organize, and coordinate sales activities to maximize the business volume of the company’s products. You will develop and maintain excellent business relationships with the management team of each store in order to achieve and grow your shared objectives. You will maximize the distribution and profitability of products in your territory by using the tools at your disposal.

Salary scale 004: $67,100 to $84,600 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)
What’s involved in this role:
Manage and develop all types of accounts within the territory while ensuring the highest level of customer service
Maximize product distribution and profitability
Leverage synergies across different distribution channels to support Agropur’s growth
Maintain adequate account coverage based on a call cycle, ensure follow-up on promotions, and compliance with planograms and commercial agreements
Negotiate business agreements to optimize the distribution of portfolio products and Agropur’s profitability
Present business analyses to external clients and propose adjustments to current shelf configurations to seize opportunities
Prospect and acquire new clients
Participate in the development of proposals for existing and potential clients
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Relevant experience in the food or consumer goods industry (an asset)
Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
Customer-oriented with demonstrated commercial expertise
Excellent skills in qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (required in Quebec or considered a strong asset elsewhere)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
