• Develop and manage all aspects of the engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
• Oversee all aspects of multiple related efforts to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources and participate in or lead project management team meetings
• Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Oversee the preparation of estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the project
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
• Work analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
• Act as an internal quality control check for the project
• Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract
• Develop and deliver progress reports, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO, and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or specialized training in related field
• Must have 5+ years of CCWIS experience
• Knowledge of application maintenance and support of cloud environments
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
• Led/coordinated projects on a multi-vendor environment within the last 5 years
• Executive level written and oral communication skills
• Expert level skills in the use of MS 0365 Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams)
