We invite applications for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator position, based at our Kintore premises (Aberdeen).

The overall purpose of the Supply Chain Project Coordinator is to provide day-to-day execution of the planning, monitoring, and coordination of Supply Chain tasks associated with new business development and supply chain projects, ensuring the timeline remains within scope of the regional team’s needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to the Senior Manager Supply Chain EAMEA for:

  • Project support across Supply Chain activities related to new business developments, growth in scope, or large company initiatives. 
  • Providing concise updates to the management team as appropriate.
  • Assist in Tender and RFI requests for impact to MRO systems across the business.
  • Working with the Supply Chain Leadership team to determine and define MRO inputs into the bid process.
  • Aligning and coordinating the implementation of Supply Chain policy and procedures within operational activity.
  • Assisting with the compilation of required documentation in support of new operational certificate applications.
  • Working with regional business development teams to ensure a complete understanding of Tender requirements within the Fleet management and regional maintenance activity.
  • Working with the Compliance Department to ensure each regional MOC is informed and updated with guidance from Fleet Mgt SME’s.
  • Coordinating and chairing regularly scheduled meetings to ensure all tasks within the work plan are being completed on time.
  • Coordinating vendor and OEM relations regarding partnerships in the development of new Aircraft equipment and capabilities.
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments to the work plan and MOC as needed.
  • Acting as main contributor for purchase orders, expediting, planning assistance, organization, etc. for new base startups, or increases in scopes of work.
  • Managing and assisting with ERP migration activities as required, to include training, inventory movements, tooling, etc. 
  • Measuring project performance and identifying areas in which efficiencies may be realized.
  • Acting as a focal point and contact for all project updates required by key stakeholders and providing accurate and timely inputs into partnering teams for project completion.
  • Provide SME support where needed to internal Supply Chain departments as well as wider business.
  • Other tasks appropriate to the role.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements, key skills and experience)

Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain process and procedures.
  • Experience working in an inter-company proposal team.
  • Widespread knowledge of Company processes and procedures across various regions and departments required.
  • Previous experience with integration/transitioning of MRO systems required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Previous experience with Company MOC processes.
  • Must meet all requirements to travel internationally.

  • Strong Communication Skills with the ability to articulate, summarize, and present information clearly, both orally and written, to audiences with different backgrounds and at different levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

  • Must possess a high degree of proficiency with OEM manuals, master data, and aviation quality aspects.

  • Possess a strong internal network and is respected by the community at large.
