Anaplan is hiring a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER based in Tokyo.
This is a business-critical position within our Solution Delivery function. You will build and lead a local team of Solution Architects that serve Anaplan customers and partners to successfully deploy innovative Anaplan Solutions. Specifically, you will drive and manage a team of Professional Services resources to assess, understand, design, build, deliver, and support well adopted Anaplan solutions focused on time to value.
You will be at ease advising a customer or your team members, in Supply Chain one day, Finance or Sales the next. Anaplan’s Platform and Solutions are diverse across multiple use cases and industries. Anaplan truly connects across the entire business, so you’ll need to be flexible and have a sound knowledge of business process.
Your experience and curiosity with business process, technology solutions, and client management will be a powerful combination to guide and manage the customer and your team to deliver a successful solution. Tactful re-direction of a customer or team member is something you are comfortable with, focused on accomplishing timely project milestones and objectives that address the customer problem statement. Enabling and driving customers to be self-sufficient is important to your success and facilitation of expansion beyond a first Anaplan release. Positioning a vision of Anaplan as the spine of decision making across the customer business resonates with your growth mindset.
You will be required to take accountability of KPIs at required levels to drive business outcomes.
