Position Overview and Objective

Support reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of cloud-native platforms and
production systems. Contribute to automation, observability, and incident response initiatives
while working closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Manage and operate Kubernetes-based applications and containerized workloads.
  • Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform and Helm.
  • Monitor platform health using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,
  • Splunk, or Datadog.
  • Participate in production incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and
  • postmortem activities.
  • Improve system reliability, deployment automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting standards across services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and application
  • performance.
  • Support security and compliance initiatives including IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and
  • vulnerability remediation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities.
  • Document operational procedures, runbooks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  •  5–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure
    Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps and cloud security best practices.
