Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is passionate about supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our regional communities. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of Agribusiness clients across Griffith and surrounding areas, delivering full banking solutions and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals
• Deliver tailored financial solutions in collaboration with product specialists
• Lead deal strategy, execution, and negotiation with a focus on proactive risk management
• Drive business development and grow your portfolio through new client acquisition
• Champion client success and sustainable business growth across the region

• Skilled in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex financial solutions
• Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow dynamics
