About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to lead our Carrier Risk Investigation program and team. In the fast-paced world of logistics brokerage, maintaining the integrity of our marketplace is paramount. You will be responsible for a high-visibility team tasked with vetting new carriers and continuously monitoring existing partners for signals of fraud, identity theft, etc.
This isn't just a "maintenance" role; we need a strategic operator who can scale a program/ team, refine complex workflows, and act as a final line of defense for our platform’s reputation.
You will partner closely with the Onboarding and Carrier Support team in Monterrey, MX, to streamline carrier vetting processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with a second Monterrey-based team dedicated to after-hours and weekend investigations, ensuring seamless operational continuity and high-quality support across all shifts.
