What this role involves:

• Plans and organizes activities to be accomplished during their shift, including managing raw materials, production schedule, and sanitary maintenance;
• Operates equipment following usual standards and instructions from the HACCP program;
• Reviews and completes production reports, recording charts, performance, and preventive maintenance;
• Oversees the overall operation of HTST, UHT, UF treatment systems, mix preparation, and milk reception (washing, sanitation, production);
• Performs preventive maintenance according to established procedures;
• Variable schedules;
• Many other related tasks may be added to this brief description.

What you need to join our team:

• Holder of a recognized diploma in food processing technology or any other equivalent DEC with 2 years of experience in the dairy field (minimum);
• Successfully completed training in pasteurized and UHT treatment;
• Familiar with computer-assisted work;
• Good communicator, team spirit, and versatility are prerequisites;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is an asset.
