Robinson is seeking a Director Enterprise Strategy Program Management who will focus on operationalizing our company strategy and ensuring consistency in evolving, teaching and applying the One Robinson Operating Model (OROM). In this position, you will be responsible for developing, aligning, and overseeing cross-functional processes and program management for enterprise-wide initiatives. You will lead analysis of strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization while implementing and refining the Robinson Operating Model to support strategic goals. You will train teams in Lean methodology, playing a pivotal role in supporting leaders and individual contributors with operating reviews, action planning, problem-solving, scorecard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
