Responsibilities
Partnering with C-suite executives and their business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy
Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback
Coordinating with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business
What we’re looking for
Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Finance, COO, and Marketing type functions
Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work
Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience.
Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams.
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$93,900.00Maximum:
$217,000.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
