Feedzai is looking for a Analyst and Customer Relations Marketing Manager that will be working closely with the wider global marketing team, being responsible for growing relationships with both customer and analyst communities on behalf of Feedzai.
You:
The Analyst Relations Manager provides feedback on overall product and marketing content and messaging and supports Marketing with analyst resources that can be leveraged for team initiatives including negotiating market research projects, webinars, papers analyst speaking engagements. AR leads the positioning of Feedzai in the best light in vendor quadrants and market guides and requires close collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Product to develop AR strategies. As the company grows rapidly this position has high visibility and is critical for promoting the Feedzai brand and for ensuring the company is in alignment with market trends.
Customer Marketing sits in between the Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams and is responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with customers through targeted marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the customer support teams. The role’s purpose is to drive revenue and develop strong brand awareness and successful customer marketing campaigns.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
