Department Description
The Global DEI team consists of a team of 14 DEI professionals reporting to the Global Managing Partner for DEI. The team sit within the Office of the CEO reflecting that the firm’s commitment to DEI and Responsible Business are one of five pillars of the Firm’s 5-2-1 strategy.
The UK DEI Manager role sits within the EMEA team of five; the Head of DEI EMEA is based in London and supported by a team in London and Germany.
Role Overview
The role of the UK DEI Manager is responsible for the implementation of the global DEI plan by performing a broad spectrum of duties that require independent decision making, discretion, and judgment. Under the guidance of the Head of DEI - EMEA, the UK DEI Manager will be able to work independently, in a highly organised manner, and prioritise their workload while working in a fast-paced environment.
