The Senior Field Sales Engineer (Sr. FSE) is responsible for:
• Exceptional analog and mixed signal semiconductor revenue growth with a focused group of high potential customers in the Industrial and Instrumentation market.
•Development and execution of sales strategy tailored to solve significant customer problems, break competitive strongholds, and leverage ADI's unique capabilities.
•Customer relationship management at all levels up to and including the executive suite.
•Development of strong business partnership through commercial insight into the customers business and leveraging ADI's unique strengths.
•Concept through production technical engagement in the customer product development cycle.
•Coordination and direction of company resources necessary to maximize ROI at the customer.
•All aspects of business and opportunity management.
Qualifications for the Sr. FSE role include:
•BSEE/MSEE or equivalent technical degree with preference for analog & power semiconductor expertise. Additional MBA degree would be a competitive advantage.
•Demonstrated success in previous technical sales, product marketing, or field applications roles.
•A positive attitude and excellent self-motivation.
•Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
•Project management skills with ability to leverage unique strengths of all stakeholders.
•Personal drive needed to be the market share leader in your territory.
