Overview

Recharge is looking for an experienced Staff Technical Enablement Manager to lead our partner enablement initiatives and support the successful implementation of Recharge solutions by our agency and technical partners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building content for our Partner Academy, developing technical training, and creating enablement content that bridges the gap between product knowledge and actionable resources for business, technical, and developer audiences. You'll play a critical role in enhancing the partner experience, ensuring that Recharge is integrated smoothly and effectively into our partners' projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about instructional design, enjoys facilitating connections with both partners and internal teams, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have a strong ability to translate technical concepts into digestible content for our partners.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Partner Enablement: Design and manage the Partner Academy, creating comprehensive training and badging programs that empower our agency and technical partners.
  • Content Development: Develop and deliver business, technical, and developer guides to support the rollout of Recharge’s multi-product strategy.
  • Technical Training: Build facilitation plans to support Recharge’s partner managers, focusing on the technical aspects of integrating Recharge APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Program Management: Continuously assess and optimize the Partner Journey, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, enablement, and the overall implementation experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure that enablement content is aligned with product updates and partner needs.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish success metrics and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or technical training within a SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce company.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of creating and delivering effective technical training programs.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting JavaScript SDKs and APIs, with the ability to translate technical content into partner-friendly enablement materials.
  • Experience developing and executing accreditation programs, ideally for a technical or developer audience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred, but not required.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% domestically to internal offices and industry events.
