What You Get Out of the Internship


At Stryker, our team plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic insights. We are a dedicated group of professionals specializing in data analytics, sales compensation, and business intelligence. Our primary mission is to leverage data to support and enhance the performance of our sales teams, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.

As an intern, you will rotate between the Sales Compensation & Master Data team and the Sales Analytics & Data Science team, gaining comprehensive exposure to both areas.

In the Sales Compensation & Master Data rotation, you will gain foundational knowledge of Master Data and support data cleansing and compliance project work. This includes working on a data cleansing project, preparing the Sales Comp Missing Data Report, handling Overrides and Adjustments, and conducting prework for Quarterly Bonus Audits.

In the Sales Analytics & Data Science rotation, you will complete 1-2 Sales Analytics projects from start to finish. This includes pulling data using SQL queries, migrating data into Power BI (PBI), and designing front-end PBI reports for end users.

As an intern, you will work on at least one of these high-priority projects, adding real value to our customers and helping to complete the project ahead of its original target completion date. $22 min hourly wage - $32 max hourly wage and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location.

Travel Percentage: 10%
