As our MSL for Oncology, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining peer‑to‑peer relationships with key oncology thought leaders (KOLs) across Algeria to facilitate non‑promotional scientific exchange, support clinical trials, gather medical insights, and disseminate LOC medical strategy.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, multidisciplinary teams and cancer centres focused on solid tumors.
Deliver high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific exchange on clinical trial data, disease biology, and treatment paradigms.
Support site identification, feasibility and recruitment for clinical trials and investigator‑initiated studies.
Support advisory boards, investigator meetings, and congress activities (preparation and follow‑up).
Capture, document and escalate actionable medical insights and competitive intelligence using GSK CRM/insight tools.
Provide scientific support to Commercial teams within compliance boundaries (non‑promotional).
Identify opportunities for evidence generation and investigator engagement; coordinate with Medical Manager/Medical Affairs.
Report safety events immediately to pharmacovigilance using required systems and processes.
Working model: This is a 100% field-based role with regular travel within Algeria.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Medical doctor degree ; clinical experience in solid tumors preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MSL
Fluency in both French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Right to work in Algeria and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. (drivers license required)
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Oncology medical affairs experience as an MSL
Strong clinical credibility, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Independent, self‑motivated, resilient and able to manage a high degree of autonomy.
Analytical skills to synthesize scientific data and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage travel and territory planning
