Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to effectively deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements, ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management software and tools. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Ability to analyze project data and generate reports for stakeholders. - Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
