Your responsibilities :
Day to day activities within the scope of R2R area, in particular:
• Performing standard prices (FME materials product) upload process in SAP system - end to end process;
• Contacting with requesters/other GBS departments in order to cover ongoing topics;
• Assisting in day to day administrative tasks in compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions;
 
Our requirements:
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge; especially Ms Outlook and Ms Excel)

• Ability to work 40 hours per week
