Accenture’s Tech Talent Program (TTP) is a sixmonth, fulltime, handson program designed to bridge the gap between university and a fulltime technology consultant career. 

Throughout these six months, you’ll work with real business challenges, collaborate in supportive, multidisciplinary teams, and deliver value to clients. 

Designed to accelerate your growth as a fullstack developer, the program offers structured learning, mentorship, and access to Accenture’s global community. Upon completion, you’ll earn a formal diploma recognizing your achievements and the skills you’ve developed along the way.

Technical role as Fullstack Developer 

Your tasks may include: 

• Developing scalable IT solutions across frontend, backend and integrations 

• Exploring and contributing to AIenabled solutions 

• Working with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, TypeScript and SQL 

• Building user interfaces, APIs and backend services 

• Working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including containers and serverless solutions 

• Contributing to microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines 

• Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions 

• Applying security best practices 

• Supporting cloud transformation initiatives

We would love to see th at you have personal or hobby projects in programming, or other relevant experiences — gained through studies, work, or personal interests.

Who are you? 

• You are about to complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/IT  

• You’re excited to join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in August 2026. 

• You have good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish. 

• You’re motivated and curious, and interested in beginning your career in a fullstack developer role where your ideas and perspective are valued.
