About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Towers to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of transmission tower works on a major infrastructure project. This role has full accountability for planning, procurement, construction, safety, cost, schedule and stakeholder coordination across geographically dispersed sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of all transmission tower works in line with the approved program and budget
• Manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across tower foundations, steel fabrication, logistics and erection activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Builder PSDR, project approvals, contractual obligations and construction methodologies
• Provide leadership to project engineers, supervisors and subcontractors delivering tower works.
• Oversee integration between engineering, procurement, logistics and construction to ensure efficient delivery.
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring tower works are executed safely and in accordance with approved designs and standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and provide accurate performance reporting through to completion and handover
