The Senior Loan Associate is responsible for managing existing loan account. They handle administrative duties for existing loans Including processing payments, charge offs  and payoffs.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver high quality professional secure service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspects of loan processing ensuring requests are processed accurately with established credit guidelines and departmental procedures within 24-48 hours. Prepare and monitor timeliness of lien and OCC releases. Reconcile the charge-off/recoveries monthly. Create entries through both transaction services and Oracle as needed. Ensure customer calls are answered promptly and appropriate coverage is available.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma and 5+ years’ experience.
  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve problems.
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized and customer service oriented.

The estimated salary range for this position is $ 20.00 HR to $ 27.00 HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
