Job Description:

负责强生医疗对外事务及商业运营部门（EA&BO)的数字化工作，主导业务需求转化、计划制定、资源协调与质量把控。主要将负责EA&BO 数字化相关工作，制定并推进EA&BO数字化路线图与实施计划，确保与业务目标一致；

• 设计、开发并持续维护自助式可视化看板，提供实时数据洞察支持决策；

• 主导流程优化项目，简化环节、提升效率并推动变更落地；

• 引入并推广最新AI与自动化工具，提升各部门日常工作效率与质量；

• 整合内外部系统，优化与渠道的沟通机制，提升客户体验与满意度；

• 协调IT、业务、供应商资源，保障项目交付、培训与持续改进。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上，信息、数据、管理或相关专业优先；

• 熟悉数据可视化工具、流程改进方法及AI应用，有实际项目经验；

• 优秀的跨部门沟通、项目管理与推进能力；有医疗或制药行业经验者优先。
