About the Role

The position will be a strategic partner to business functions. He/She will be responsible for partnering with business functions to achieve their business goals & targets. To execute HR strategy and provide critical HR solutions across talents, culture and organization areas such as talent acquisition, Performance Management, Internal Communications, Employee Relations, Rewards, Culture Development, Organization Development, and other HR-relevant ad hoc tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, partner with responsible business functions to support with the growth of organization and provide creative solutions in all aspects of human resources management.
  • Act as a change agent to facilitate functional level organizational transformation if needed across areas such as org design, workforce planning change management facilitation, people arrangement, capabilities building, etc.
  • Following on the HR strategy, assisting relevant business leaders to formulate and complete key people activities such as workforce planning, performance management, TCR, Mid-Year review, talent review, succession planning etc.
  • Work with other HR teams on key HR initiatives based on people strategy.
  • Coach supervisors to resolve employee relation issues in a more effective way that are in line with company’s legal and governance guidelines; Closely working with business managers in managing termination cases.
  • Conduct daily HR operation activities as needed.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet strategic, operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education – bachelor degree holders, MBA is preferred
  • Experience – minimum 5 years of experience in business partnering with track record in delivering value added solutions
  • Good communication and project management skill.
  • Good presentation and PPT skill. English could be the work language both oral and written.
  • Certifications/licenses – leadership assessment certifications, learning interventions certified trainer or master trainer is preferred
  • Special skills/competencies– strategic thinking, analytics and insight, organization savvy, comfort around higher management, Ethics and Values, excellent facilitating and presenting skills, and high learning agility.
