What you need to know about this position:
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key institutional accounts, including, but not limited to, quick-service restaurant chains like McDonald's and entertainment chains like Cinépolis.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the AFH channel, ensuring profitable and sustainable expansion.
Negotiation and Relationships: Lead complex negotiations with high-profile clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships at all organizational levels.
Global Projects: Actively participate in and contribute to global sales and business development projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution in the local market.
Analysis and Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
Performance Management: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, managing budget and resources efficiently.
Influence and Leadership: Positively influence internal and external teams to achieve objectives, demonstrating leadership through collaboration and effective communication
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or related field
Job specific requirements:
Senior Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development roles, with a significant focus on the Away From Home (AFH) channel or institutional sales.
Key Account Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and growing large-scale institutional accounts, with proven knowledge of handling clients such as McDonald's, Cinépolis or similar.
Industry Background: Preferably from leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies
Advanced English: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for collaboration on global projects.
Negotiation and Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence through others and build consensus.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, with a clear vision of the business and market.
Results-Oriented: Strong drive for achieving results, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
