We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager cum System Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for leading and managing programs and systems related to our third-party management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will act as a critical liaison between our business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our third-party management platforms. This individual will drive projects from conception to completion, while also gathering and translating business needs into robust system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs for third-party management systems, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

  • Strategic Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery.

  • Team Coordination: This will be an IC role and require coordination with Business, Operations and Technology Teams.

System Analysis

  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders for new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and model existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement optimized solutions.

  • System Testing & Validation: Support the UAT testing phase for business and operations stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 7-10 years of proven experience in a program management or project management role.

    • Demonstrable experience working on systems and projects related to third-party risk management, vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.

  • Methodologies: Understanding of project and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile.

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive consensus among diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or similar certifications are highly desirable.

  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with leading third-party management platforms such as Procure2Pay, Aravo, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with managing Regulatory projects is desirable.
