Summary: As an Algorithm Development Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop models for a variety of use cases, including classification, regression, recommendation systems, time-series forecasting, and anomaly detection. • Apply advanced mathematical techniques to create robust solutions. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Document algorithms clearly and concisely, including design rationale, assumptions, and limitations. • Prototype and test new algorithms or methods that could be beneficial for the team’s goals. Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Python. • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and R, and experience using Jupyter notebooks etc. for experimentation and model development • Expert in supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning. • Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and statistics, which are fundamental to ML algorithms. • Understanding of how to deploy ML models into production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Python. • This position is based at our Hyderabad office. • A 15 years full time education is required
