About the Opportunity:

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving Northspyre’s customer success and revenue operations functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally, partnering with leaders in Customer Success, Sales, and Finance, leveraging your expertise to streamline reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact how Northspyre scales by designing the infrastructure needed to support our rapidly expanding customer base and revenue functions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, offering the autonomy to own critical projects and influence strategic direction.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and revenue data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Support various departmental reporting initiatives, including regular revenue forecasting, commission reporting, sales analytics, and performance assessments.
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM and Customer Success platforms to enhance process automation, ensure accurate reporting, and support scalability.
  • Assist in the design and management of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to revenue operations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of strategic sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experienced Operator: You bring 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: You thrive on using data to solve complex business problems, with advanced skills in Excel and SQL to support detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic Thinker: You are adept at seeing the bigger picture and can drive key initiatives that support long-term growth, from scaling processes to implementing new technologies.
  • Project Manager: You excel at managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, balancing strategic and tactical execution with ease.
  • Effective Communicator: You have the ability to distill complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights that can be presented to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Technically Fluent: You have experience with key tools like HubSpot, Planhat, and dashboarding solutions. 
  • Builder Mentality: You are excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, laying the foundation for scalable systems that will support Northspyre’s long-term success.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with basic scripting languages is preferred though not required.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms (preferably PlanHat).
  • Experience at a top consulting firm.
  • Experience working with Software Product Analytics platforms (preferably Heap).
