Fab15 Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) チームの一員として、AIに関するプログラム及びプロジェクト管理を担当する。
SPMOマネージャーやディレクターを通じてサイトリーダーシップチームをサポートし、担当するカテゴリにおいて、ベストインクラス（BIC）になるためのロードマップを作成する。サイトのステークホルダー（利害関係者）や各部門と協力し、プロジェクトの優先順位付けを行うとともに、プロジェクトの開始、計画、実行、または終結を促進する。また、ステークホルダーの支援を行う。

学士号、もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング分野での経験がある方。
職務経験 (必須)
以下いずれかの環境において、2年間以上の職務経験がある方：
