We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Clinical Sales Supervisor – Electrophysiology based in Gwangju or Daejeon.

Position summary

Electrophysiology, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medtech, is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. For over 30 years, Biosense Webster has defined the state of design and craftsmanship in diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheters. At the same time, Biosense Webster has delivered mapping and navigation innovations that have advanced the science and practice of electrophysiology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide clinical support to MD&D product sales & equipment operation of new and established accounts.
  • Initiate a sales activity to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.
  • Provide technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.
  • Assist sales in making sales presentations to customers.
  • Demonstrate proper use of products to customers.
  • Make regular visits to customer locations to gather company product information and market conditions.
  • Carry out product supporting & troubleshooting in real laboratory environment.
  • Understand and know clinical environment, competitor products – continuous development of the knowledge.
  • Proceed following and coordinating clinical procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues of using products and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Medical Devices or the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working with cardiac-related hospitals and/or Ultrasound (Echocardiography) experience is highly preferred
  • Professional licenses such as Radiologic Technologist, Biomedical Engineer, Registered Nurse, or Clinical Pathologist are preferred but not required
  • Proactive mindset with an energetic and hands-on approach
  • Strong motivation for self-development and a high level of drive and challenge-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Strong perseverance and resilience, with a proven determination to achieve goals
