ABOUT THE ROLE

This job group contains roles responsible for accounts payable. completing payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, highlighting the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Invoice Management:

• Verify, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses accurately and promptly

• Ensure proper approval of invoices in line with company policies.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

2. Document Management:

• Maintain organized filing systems for all accounts payable records, including both hard copies and digital files and support audits if required.

• Ensure all documents are accurately labelled and stored for easy retrieval.

3. Reconciliations:

• Perform monthly AP ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in corporate card reconciliations related to AP transactions.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

• Prepare AP-related reports, employee expenses reports for internal stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field;

• Senior college student or up to 2 years of accounting experience;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
