Manulife Distribution is looking for a self-motivated Recruitment Business Development Manager, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of initiatives and program they deliver. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the success of recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events to drive recruitment and productive net manpower growth for Manulife Agency and Manulife FA channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  We are looking for someone with:   

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and activities to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, leads and compliance
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
  • Drive the growth of Manulife Agency and Manulife FA manpower by recruitment campaigns and activities
  • Planning and organising career seminars and other recruitment related activities
  • Explore new avenues for various recruitment modes, including salaried model, social media recruitment, etc

Nice to Haves:    

  • Degree from any recognized University
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in life insurance industry with agency recruitment and agency management role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and leads gen campaign
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of the agency channel
  • Great people skills; ability to build good rapport with different stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint
  • Creative and has good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player that is highly driven and independent

On the job you will:  

  • Collation of relevant manpower / campaign reports for management reporting and strategic planning
  • Draft business papers for campaigns / activities
  • Need to engage partners from various levels (agents / managers / directors / colleagues from cross functions and divisions)
