Job Description:

• Manage the life-cycle of Apple devices and mobile, from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all Apple devices and mobile.
• Providing technical assistance for Apple devices
• Utilize Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune to manage the devices remotely.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in customer service field
• Proven experience in mobile phone and Mac PC management.
• Proficiency in using Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• Excellent leadership and training skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
