The MRO Supply Chain Intern will assist the team responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering critical Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials across manufacturing and operational sites. This internship offers hands-on exposure to procurement strategy, supplier management, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic supply chain setting.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze usage data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics for MRO inventory.
Inventory & Materials Management
Support cycle counting, reorder level evaluations, and obsolete inventory reduction efforts.
Help update Bill of Materials (BOMs) and material master records in ERP systems.
Procurement & Sourcing Support
Collaborate with buyers and planners to research MRO suppliers, pricing, and lead times.
Assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and purchase order creation.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Participate in Lean or Six Sigma initiatives aimed at optimizing MRO processes.
Support compliance tracking for safety-critical supplies and hazardous materials.
Stakeholder Communication
Coordinate with maintenance, facilities, and production teams to understand material requirements.
Support vendor meetings and performance reviews as needed.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
