Overview:

2020 Companies is now interviewing for an Office Inventory Coordinator to work within our Corporate location overlooking Texas Motor Speedway. 

 

As an Office Inventory Coordinator, you will work within a corporate environment conducting a variety of duties including reporting, ticketing system requests, small item shipping and receiving, accounting for tangible and intangible inventory. All qualified applicants must possess intermediate skills with CRM and Excel. Exceptional customer service and communication skill required.

Office Inventory Coordinator duties include, but not limited to the following...

• Handle requests submitted through ticketing system
• Pull reports from CRM
• Update CRM with stock status and delivery status
• Submit order requests through online portal
• Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to staff
• Deploy and recover assets to & from the field team
• Shipment Tracking as well as handling issues regarding shipments and/or distributions

Job Description:

• Handle requests submitted through ticketing system
• Pull reports from CRM
• Update CRM with stock status and delivery status
• Submit order requests through online portal
• Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to Field
• Receives and distributes deliveries to requestor or storage areas
• Monitors quantities and communicates inventory needs / shortages
• Receives returned items; inspects and determines disposition for items
• Owns communication process for issues regarding shipments and/or distributions
• Conducts routine stock inventory reconciliation
• Organizes and maintains storage area for efficient inventory storage and handling
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Able to lift 25lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods
