Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of application projects and ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Fast API or Flask to support web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy robust backend services ensuring high performance and security. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while implementing API best practices and integrating third-party services. - Applied AI/ML techniques to build models that analyze data, make predictions, and improve over time. - Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for natural language processing solutions, ensuring robust model performance and effective integration into real world application - Develop and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous, multi-step task execution, leveraging advanced reasoning and problem-solving to address complex business challenges. - Assist with the blueprint and design of the data platform components. - Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models. - Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. - Ensure data quality and integrity through testing and validation processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle management. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
