We’re currently looking for an Industrial Engineer Co-op to join our team in Canton, MS. You will work autonomously with the guidance of an experienced Industrial Engineering mentor throughout this internship.

A Day in the Life:   

• Develop and maintain labor standards.
• Cycle time analysis of manufacturing, material handling, and equipment.
• Root-cause analysis.
• Propose, develop, and implement process improvements.
• Create summary reports and present to management.
• Interaction with multiple functions of business including: Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and others.

Who We’re Looking for: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Analytics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Ability to perform work onsite in Canton, MS
