Job Description Summary
Position Objective: The role of the Project Coordinator, Live Events is to ensure we deliver a positive customer experience through a seamless interaction. This includes reliability on freight, attention to detail on contracts, accuracy in managing and maintaining load-in/load-out schedules. This role serves as a liaison between Field Operations, Sales, and our customers to ensure all deliverables of the project are being met. A heavy focus will be on Wynne support and PC/logistics.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates the rental operations, logistics and overall admin to support various markets within Live Events. (Festivals, Concert Tour and Sporting Events)
Places high volumes of equipment orders with heavy emphasis on Wynne and logistics (including booking haulers, sourcing, and equipment preparation)
Works alongside the PC team to source the needed equipment within Sunbelts total fleet
Escalate any sourcing issues to team lead for assistance.
Build and manage the “QM Sheet” and advise on schedule deviation to the team lead and customer
Performs diligent contract administration and review, including adherence to a load in/load out schedule, calling equipment off, rate checks and keeping accurate records of change orders to assist in the final invoice process
Collaborate with the team lead on a variety of tasks within the scope of project as assigned
Understand jobsite applications and be able to make recommendations for alternative solutions
Update Smartsheet to track status of project(s)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement: including but not limited to On-rent reports, QM Sheet, Telematics, VDOS, Service watchlists
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, adapting to changing circumstances and escalating as needed to the team lead
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or equipment rental related role
Heavy Equipment or Power HVAC rental experience preferred
Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to interface with customers as well as internal stakeholders
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and follow-up skills with heavy attention to detail required
Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency with MS applications. (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Wynne experience not required but heavily preferred
Will be required to be on call during assigned project exec
