In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Develop the account to reach business goals and high customer satisfaction
 Develop joint account plan involving internal key stakeholders and customer
 Provide input for financial processes
 Propose new solutions
 Provide input to IGM and Global Marketing in terms of e.g. general account trends, competition, industry dynamics

Proactively identify and drive new opportunities drive opportunity and pipeline management (you could combine opportunity and threat management) and develop action plans to deliver/mitigate
 Identify competitive threats at accounts and inform by registering rel-evant information in Salesforce and follow-up on planned measures. Ensure mitigating actions are taken to minimize impact of threat
 Install a high level of customer ownership and industry focus
 Responsible for archiving customer information, including data and se-cure it is filed appropriately in Salesforce/SAP


Potentially relevant experience:
-

M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree (Sales/Marketing and/or Technical)
 Minimum 8-10 years of relevant job experience, preferably in chemical or biochemical sciences
Continued

Prior account management experience with demonstrated sales pipeline management abilities
 Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and relate to cus-tomers and colleagues of different backgrounds
 Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
 Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend travel
