10The Role: Data Governance Manager
The Team:
The CRM Data Governance team is responsible for the comprehensive operational management and continuous enhancement of our practices and strategies. Our goal is to provide stakeholders with timely, reliable, high-quality, and context-rich data. The team's primary areas of focus are Data Quality and Governance.
The Impact:
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to solving problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative delivery environment. To meet these demands, you should be an influential Data Management leader with deep expertise and a collaborative style that encourages inclusive decision-making. Your role will involve devising governance processes and outcomes that ensure consistency, transparency, and utility of our data assets across the organization.
You will also be responsible for helping to build our agile organization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, trust, and sharing. Working with a global staff of Data Stewards in "value streams," you will partner with divisional leaders and peers to support global group of agile scrum teams. This role requires a commitment to aligning data management strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that our data practices are both effective and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities:
Manage the governance framework working with partner teams aligning to the business operating model
Socialize and drive adoption of Data Governance programs and practices across the organization
Be and active participant in cross-organization initiatives to drive consistency, re-use and value extraction from our Data Assets
Work closely with and manage various divisional Data Operations Teams.
Educate and evangelise the Value of Data.
Support and develop governance and risk management for AI / Generative AI.
You will be working in EMEA hours
What We’re Looking For:
Quality first mindset with a strong background and experience with developing products for a global audience at scale.
Substantial knowledge of end-to-end business workflows and processes.
Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with strong ability to influence both IT and business partners.
Strong communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM suite (Sales/Service/Einstein)
Knowledge of SQL, Excel will be a plus point.
Informatica or any other experience in Data Management tool will be a plus.
Salesforce Admin certification is a good to have
Knowledge and experience on data architecture and modelling, non-invasive data governance, se of industry reference model and frameworks or data quality management.
Certification or knowledge in data management and governance best practices (ie: DAMA DMBOK or DCAM) desirable.
