Key Position Details:

• Primary care team has 9 Family Medicine Physicians, 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 7 Internal Medicine Physicians, and 2 IM Peds Physicians
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• In call group of FM with OB Physicians
• Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
• Clinic hours are Monday and Thursday: 7:15am-7:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:15am-6:00pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday
• EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.
