The mission of the Leasing Department is to secure a best-in-class real estate portfolio.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sr. Director/ Director on the Office Leasing team, you be responsible for identifying and securing strategic locations to support Aritzia’s infrastructure initiatives—such as office spaces & distribution centres. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy for non-retail assets, driving the growth and optimization of our infrastructure portfolio. This role leads the end-to-end leasing process—from market analysis and site identification to negotiation support and lease execution. With a strong understanding of leasing fundamentals, and experience in Office Leasing, you will bring analytical rigor, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure efficient deal execution and portfolio performance, while maintaining strong landlord relationships and ensuring the timely and accurate management of lease rights, financial obligations, and contract terms. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 CAD or USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
