Description
 

Logistics: This position is onsite at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229. W@H eligibility after training.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours. During open enrollment, overtime eligibility.

What You'll Do:

  • Extract data from multiple systems and departments using various data manipulation and extraction techniques for regular, cyclical, and ad hoc reporting.

  • Perform research and analyze reports, creating statistical models for presentation/review. Summarize findings and communicate results to management.

  • Identify operational inadequacies and use various skills and resources to retool processes.

  • Communicate with other areas regarding outcomes and reporting.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Degree Equivalency: Four (4) years of job-related work or Associate's and 2 years of job-related work experience.

  • Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office. Ability to acquire programming skills across various software platforms.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Good organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to use complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.

  • Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.

  • Electronic enrollment experience.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • This position will also serve as the supervisor's work leader/backup. Team lead experience is a plus.
