Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and writing code to implement these designs. The role includes testing the developed components to ensure quality and functionality. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing applications, enhancing features, and developing new functionalities to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and managing multiple tasks to deliver reliable software solutions are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of algorithm development and optimization techniques related to machine learning.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation methods.
- Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical analysis to improve model performance.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
