The role of Client Care is extremely important as your appearance and manner create the first impression to our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner. To join our amazing team we are looking for a friendly, efficient individual with excellent telephone manners and people skills. This is not a standard reception role. It will be varied and interesting but can be emotionally and physically demanding. We are often dealing with upsetting and stressful situations. A proactive approach is required and relevant experience working with the public

Shifts are Tuesday - Friday 2pm-8pm and 1 in 8 Saturday's 9am - 1pm.

Availability for additional holiday cover is required.
