Quote Entry Specialist will work closely with Solution Development Leads (SDLs), Mechanical and Controls Estimators, and Sales to pass through fully designed and quoted solutions from spreadsheets to all Dematic downstream systems.

• Receive and review files and forms from internal teams.
• Verify that all required information is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or missing details.
• Import, update and maintain data in company systems.
• Create and organize scenarios or reports as needed.
• Ensure all entries meet quality standards and are ready for review and approval.
• Notify relevant stakeholders when data entry tasks are complete.

Skills and Capabilities

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Dematic Products and Maestro
• Ability to Work in high pressure, high stress, and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Problem Identification and Solving
• Strong communication skills (Written and Spoken English)

Experience Desired

• 3-5 years of Data Entry Experience
• Excel and Microsoft Word Experience
