Job Description:

• Develop the project plan, critical milestones, and success metrics, overseeing the execution of deliverables.
• Set clear metrics for success and measure progress against milestones.
• Utilize project management tools to document project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all data are centralized and accessible.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Monitor each stage of the project and communicate regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and identifying risks, gaps, or areas of concern for further support.
• Develop mitigation strategies for project risks and gaps and recommend solutions to concerns, communicating to key stakeholders on a regular timely basis.
• Support engineering design activities across a range of engineering disciplines.
• Develop deep expertise in product design and operations to enable continuous feedback between Operations and System Engineering.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to support next generation product design activities.
• Support Engineering and Operations teams towards the ongoing agile product development and standardized process development to continually improve effectiveness of project and production teams.

Qualification :

• B.E in Mechanical or Electrical specialization with 10+ years of experience in handling Engineering Projects at a renewable/electro-mechanical manufacturing company, focused on high technology products.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, such as scheduling, procurement, manufacturing/ assembly, test engineering, and quality systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects within a matrixed organization
• Strong English communication skills both written and oral
• Demonstrated attention to detail, critical thinking skills, especially the ability to understand, and resolve conflicts and provide meaningful feedback to project stakeholders on project risks
• Motivated to act, self-driven with the ability to hold oneself and others accountable to deliverables
• Proficiency in project management tool.
