Ensures consistent delivery of services. Expedites and completes the delivery of more complex administrative tasks to ensure customer expectations are met. Works directly with different service providers to ensure successful installations while also maintaining accuracy, and documentation of tasks. Coordinates with team members to ensure equipment shipments (tracks shipments) and scheduling of technician visits.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2-year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
