  • Work on incident tickets, service requests, change requests, and minor enhancements within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring front-end issues and recommend long-term fixes.
  • Support regular deployments, hotfixes, releases, and post-deployment validations.
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance, usability, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to clarify issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain clear documentation for fixes, enhancements, known issues, and technical changes.

Collaboration, Standards, and Quality Control

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, impact analysis, and technical solutioning for front-end changes.
  • Support code reviews and ensure adherence to SFRA and front-end development best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and help improve overall code quality within the team.
  • Follow coding standards, version control practices, release processes, and change management guidelines.
  • Ensure all front-end deliverables are tested for responsiveness, accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, preferably using Storefront Reference Architecture.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, jQuery, and component-based development.
  • Proficiency in ISML templates, SFRA architecture, Page Designer, and JavaScript controllers.
