What will you do?

The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role will involve analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions to maintain operations running.

How will you do it?

  • Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing manufacturing operations.

  • Develop process documentation including workflows, standard operating procedures.

  • Define routings and work center to assign on the areas assigned.

  • Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and implement changes as necessary.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.

  • Review and follow up maintenance activities along with Documentation related.

  • Identify cost savings and land with the proper areas to documented.

  • Develop maintenance routines to maintain operations running at 85% efficiency.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • +6 months of experience in process/maintenance engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization methodologies.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.

  • Fluent in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation and process control technologies.

  • Familiarity with Engineering change systems and manufacturing management tools.
