Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing solutions, and configuring applications to ensure they align with the requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring the applications are functional and meet the desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and requirements. - Design and develop applications that meet the specified requirements. - Configure applications to ensure they align with the business processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Ensure the applications are functional and meet the desired outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - - Knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, and integration. - - Familiarity with CRM workflows, plugins, and web services. - - Solid grasp of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
